We want you to be happy with your purchase and we are sure that you will love your MadeAt94 products however if in the unlikely event, that you would like to return your products please contact us immediately by email to arrange a return or exchange.
What to do…
- On receipt of your order please inspect the goods immediately to ensure that you are happy with your purchase.
- You may return or exchange goods within 14 days of receipt. All goods must be in their original packaging and must not have been worn, used, damaged or altered in any way.
- Once returned we will refund your order within 24 hours. Please note that shipping costs cannot be refunded.
If the above terms are adhered to a full refund will be given.
Sale products must be returned within 14 days of receipt. We recommend that you return goods to us using either Recorded Mail or Special Delivery service obtaining proof of posting, as we accept no responsibility whatsoever for goods which get lost or damaged in transit.

- If your order has already been dispatched to you, goods can then be returned as accordance with the terms above.
